Hello. While I was farming legitimately—without using any macros—my character was sent to "jail" (in-game prison) following a video that was posted in a Discord group. I was not given an opportunity to defend myself, and I was subsequently removed from the group. I was told that I would need to purchase a "jailbreak stick" (punishment removal item) from you to resolve this. However, if I can be sent to jail even while farming in a completely legitimate manner, is it really appropriate for me to have to purchase such an item? In any case, please rectify this error.

Normally, we are quite tolerant when it comes to macro usage, and we often give players a second chance.
However, in your case, you continue to deny and attempt to conceal your use of a macro during Anti-AFK farming instead of acknowledging the violation.

Personally - with my own hands - when I was farming ANTI-AFK MOBS SLOTS, I was probably recorded by someone with bad intentions or someone close to the management team, and then unfairly accused of using macros. Your team - or whoever is responsible for this process - sent me to the in-game "prison" without carrying out the necessary checks, perhaps even acting with obvious, malicious intent. Do you have any concrete evidence to prove that I use macros? The fact that you deleted my replies in your Discord groups and then banned me says a lot about your attitude. There's nothing unusual about the shared video recording; I'm just fighting monsters, but you're calling it macro usage—which is quite strange. The issue is no longer just about the prison sentence; it's about the malicious attitude displayed by you and your management team. Please fix this mistake.
